Ross Baird
Ross Baird is the founder and CEO of Blueprint Local, which has invested over $250 million in distressed communities across the U.S. through the Opportunity Zone program. He also co-founded Village Capital, a pioneering firm supporting early-stage entrepreneurs. He is the author of The Innovation Blind Spot. A Marshall and Truman Scholar, he holds degrees from the University of Oxford and the University of Virginia, where he was also a Jefferson Scholar.
