Jane Prokop

Jane Prokop is a financial services and fintech leader with over 20 years of experience leading companies to profitability, scale, and exit in the financial services and media sectors. She has a unique breadth of experience from early days serving as an international private equity investor through to senior leadership and eventual GM/CEO positions at finance and media/tech companies.

Currently, Jane serves as EVP of Global Product for Small and Medium Enterprises at Mastercard.  Her team drives innovation, strategy, and product to serve this critical segment by leveraging Mastercard’s strength in card products as well as extensive data, cyber, software and network assets.  They strive to craft high-value, easy-to-use products that meet SMEs’ key needs, and help to support broad-based and equitable growth across markets worldwide.

Jane also serves as a Board Member for Freddie Mac, helping to advance its mission of promoting housing affordability and stability, while championing opportunities that benefit the small business community and drive financial inclusion.
