Brieane Olson

Brieane Olson is the Chief Executive Officer of Pacsun, a youth lifestyle retailer known for its purpose-driven brand strategy. With nearly 20 years at the company, she has driven transformational growth through bold merchandising, strategic partnerships, and a strong focus on Gen Z consumers. Her leadership blends creativity, data, and social awareness to keep the brand relevant in a rapidly changing market.

Before becoming CEO in April 2023, Olson served as President, where she helped redefine Pacsun through digital-first campaigns and high-profile collaborations with cultural figures like A$AP Rocky, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and Jerry Lorenzo. She also led international expansion into London and the Middle East, positioning Pacsun as a global influencer.

Olson emphasizes aligning business goals with community impact. She spearheaded a $5 million investment in Inglewood schools and expanded outreach through the Delivering Good program, empowering local teams to give back. She holds a degree from UC Berkeley and completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program, where she now serves as an ambassador. Olson also serves on multiple retail and leadership boards and lives in Southern California with her two children.
