Jessica Eting is the co-founder and COO of Flourish Fi, a client engagement and loyalty platform for financial institutions with the mission of empowering people to establish positive money habits. Flourish Fi partners with financial institutions across the Americas to offer innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and promote financial well-being. Growing up with firsthand experience of financial instability, Jessica developed a deep understanding of the barriers many face in achieving financial security.

Prior to founding Flourish Fi, she accumulated over a decade of experience in the social impact sector, leading operations for $17M annual grantmaking portfolios and managing programs that supported social enterprises leveraging technology to create opportunities for underserved communities. Under Jessica’s leadership, Flourish Fi has received significant recognition, including winning the global Inclusive Fintech 50 award by the Center for Financial Inclusion. The company is also an official Mastercard partner, distributing its technology across the Americas.
