Monsinee Nakapanant

Monsinee began her journey with Ascend Group in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer and has served as Co-President of Ascend Money since March 2018. In these roles, she drives operational excellence and shapes corporate policy across the company. Under her leadership, Ascend Money has expanded into seven countries, established a scaled agile operational framework, and built strong human capital foundations across the region. Her strategic focus and deep operational insight have played a pivotal role in positioning the company as a leading regional fintech player.

Prior to Ascend, Monsinee held several senior roles at True Corporation, including Head of e-Commerce, General Manager, and Chief Commercial Officer at True Digital Content and Media. Her earlier experience includes managerial positions at Openwave Systems and Lucent Technologies. Known for her strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, Monsinee brings a holistic understanding of market operations and digital content development. She holds a first-class honors degree in Engineering from Chulalongkorn University and earned her MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management as a Fulbright Scholar.
